[English]

The aim of the current research is to provide a framework on the development of lean innovation in electronic businesses. The approach of the current research is qualitative, in terms of practical purpose and in terms of nature and exploratory method. The statistical population of the research consists of experts and activists in the field of E-businesses with more than five years of relevant work experience, which has reached the saturation stage with the snowball sampling method and the semi-structured interview tool in sample 13. In this study, the six-step thematic analysis of Brown and Clark (2006) was used for analysis. Thematic analysis of the data in this research led to the discovery and labeling of 64 concepts and propositions as primary themes, 10 concepts as organizing themes and four concepts as overarching themes. To develop lean innovation, e-businesses need special tools such as joint design, change and risk management, along with clarifying goals and team building, as well as protecting users' privacy and finally commercializing knowledge. In the meantime, choosing the right platforms, transparent and continuous evaluation, using new analytical techniques in monitoring the behavior of users and competitors, as well as focusing on fintechs as a new financial technology are also effective.
