رابطه میان زیرساخت های رایج نوآوری، ظرفیت جذب و عملکرد نوآورانه در سطح ملی
توانایی شناسایی و بهرهبرداری از دانش و فناوریهای خارجی که با عنوان ظرفیت جذب مطرح میشود، یکی از عوامل مهم رقابت در سطوح ملی و بنگاه محسوب میشود. عوامل مختلفی، ظرفیت جذب را تحت تاثیر قرار میدهند و یکی از اهداف این مقاله، شناسایی این عوامل میباشد که با عنوان زیرساختهای رایج نوآوری مطرح شدهاند. هدف دیگر این مقاله، بررسی تاثیر ظرفیت جذب بر عملکرد نوآورانه کشورها است. مدل مفهومی پژوهش متشکل از سه بعد زیرساخت رایج نوآوری، ظرفیت جذب ملی و عملکرد نوآورانه ملی و در کل شامل 8 سازه میباشد. پژوهش حاضر، یک پژوهش کاربردی و از نوع همبستگی است. 81 کشور به عنوان نمونه آماری بر مبنای در دسترس بودن داده، انتخاب گردیدند. دادههای مورد نظر از پایگاه دادهای مختلفی گردآوری شدند و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل و اعتبارسنجی مدل از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار AMOS استفاده شد. نتایج، نشان داد که دادههای تجربی برازش مناسبی از مدل مفهومی را ارائه میدهند و ظرفیت جذب ملی به عنوان متغیر مداخلهگر در تاثیر مثبت زیرساختهای رایج نوآوری بر عملکرد نوآورانه ملی محسوب میشود.

شناسایی موانع اجرای اسناد سیاست علم وفناوری کشور
اجرای ناقص سیاستها، از مشکلاتی است که تمام کشورها، چه پیشرفته و چه در حال توسعه با آن مواجهاند. از منظر دانش سیاست گذاری، دلیل عمده این موضوع، عوامل بازدارنده اجرای سیاستها در سطوح مختلف هستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل بازدارنده اجرای اسناد سیاست علموفناوری در کشور با تاکید بر نقشه جامع علمی کشور به عنوان یک سند کلان و سند توسعه هوا و فضای کشور، سند علوم و فناوریهای سلولهای بنیادی و سند گیاهان دارویی به عنوان سه سند بخشی ذیل آن انجام شد. در این راستا، روش ترکیبی با دو مرحله کیفی و کمی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. در بخش کیفی، با بررسی مطالعات پیشین، موانع اجرای سیاستها در قالب یک چارچوب طبقهبندی شد و سپس با مصاحبه و بهرهگیری از تجربهها و دیدگاههای تعدادی از سیاستگذاران و مجریان اسناد یادشده، فهرستی از موانع، تهیه، اصلاح و تکمیل گردید. در بخش کمی، برای تعیین وزن هر یک از موانع شناساییشده، پرسشنامهای تهیه و با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند بین 31 نفر از خبرگان و مجریان سیاستگذاری کشور توزیع گردید. بر اساس این نظرسنجی، عمده موانع موجود بر سر راه اجرای اسناد سیاست علموفناوری عبارتند از: معضل اولویتگذاری، به گونهای که کلیه اقدامات ذکر شده در سند، دارای اولویت هستند، عدم استفاده از نتایج آیندهنگاری در تدوین اسناد، عدم انطباقپذیری سیاستها با چالشهای موجود، عدم شبکهسازی میان سیاستگذاران، حاکمیت نکردن سیاستهای فرادستی، نبود نگاه فرابخشی، ساختار دیوانسالاری جزیرهای و نبود نگاه بلندمدت به مدیریت و راهبری برنامههای سیاستی. به این ترتیب، این مقاله سعی دارد تا در شناسایی و تحلیل موانع بازدارنده اجرا در ظرفوزمینه ایران گامی جدید بردارد و با روش علمی، به آسیبشناسی اجرای اسناد سیاستی علموفناوری در کشور بپردازد.

تسهیم دانش بین کارکنان، مؤلفهای کلیدی برای دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی پایدار در اقتصاد پویای کنونی و به ویژه در سازمانهای با فناوری پیشرفته میباشد. تسهیم دانش اثربخش میان کارکنان میتواند به طور قابل ملاحظهای بر زمان، هزینه و کیفیت فعالیتهای تحقیقوتوسعه در چنین سازمانهایی تاثیر بگذارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نحوه شکلگیری رفتار تسهیم دانش در یک سازمان با فناوری پیشرفته مبتنی بر نظریه رفتار برنامهریزیشده انجام شد. برای این منظور ضمن مرور ادبیات، عوامل مؤثر بر رفتار تسهیم دانش استخراج و مدل مفهومی و فرضیههای پژوهش طراحی گردید. روش این پژوهش، از نوع توصیفی ـ پیمایشی و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه بوده است. برای آزمون فرضیهها، از روش حداقل مجذورات جزئی (PLS) استفاده شد. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل 112 داده گردآوری شده از جامعه آماری، اثر مثبت و معنادار نگرش نسبت به تسهیم دانش، هنجارهای ذهنی و کنترل رفتاری درکشده بر قصد تسهیم دانش را تایید نمود. علاوه بر این، نتایج پژوهش، از اثر مثبت و معنادار قصد تسهیم دانش و کنترل رفتاری درکشده بر رفتار تسهیم دانش حمایت کرد. در نهایت با توجه به یافتهها، توصیههایی برای شاغلان حرفهای حوزه مدیریت دانش به منظور ترغیب تسهیم دانش میان کارکنان به همراه پیشنهادهایی برای محققان آتی جهت پوشش شکافهای پژوهش حاضر ارائه گردید.

بررسی تاثیر گرایش به کارآفرینی و دو سوتوانی نوآوری بر عملکرد صادراتی محصولات جدید با تعدیل گری شدت نوآوری محصول در صنعت خودروسازی
با توجه به گسترش رقابت و تغییرات مداوم محیط کسبوکار در دنیای امروز، در پیشگرفتن اقدامات راهبردی مناسب بهمنظور توسعه محصولات جدید با عملکردی مناسب حیاتی است. صادرات به عنوان یک راهبرد مهم برای گسترش بازار عرضه محصول از بازارهای محدود داخلی به بازار بزرگ بیرونی از اهمیت بسیار زیادی برخوردار است. عوامل مختلفی بر عملکرد صادراتی محصولات جدید تاثیر میگذارند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر گرایش به کارآفرینی و دو سوتوانی نوآوری (به عنوان عوامل داخلی) بر عملکرد صادراتی محصولات جدید با توجه به نقش تعدیل گری شدت نوآوری محصول (به عنوان عامل بیرونی) انجام شد. برای این منظور با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه، نظرات 81 نفر از مدیران صنعت خودروسازی جمعآوری گردید و دادههای بدست آمده، بهوسیله مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار Smart PLS 2 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان میدهد که گرایش به کارآفرینی بر قابلیت دو سوتوانی نوآوری و عملکرد صادراتی محصولات جدید تاثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین تاثیر دو سوتوانی نوآوری بر عملکرد صادراتی محصولات جدید مورد تایید قرار گرفت. شدت نوآوری محصول رابطه بین گرایش به کارآفرینی و عملکرد صادراتی محصولات جدید و رابطه بین دو سوتوانی نوآوری و عملکرد صادراتی محصولات جدید را تعدیل میکند

بررسی و اولویت بندی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت نوآوری در صنعت پهپاد ایران
بررسی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت یک گام اساسی در راه تدوین راهبرد نوآوری و برنامهریزی برای نوآوری فناورانه در صنعت نوپای پهپاد میباشد. پژوهش حاضر ضمن بررسی دلایل موفقیت نوآوریها، بر اساس مدل نوآوری بخشی مالربا نیازمندیهای تشکیل نظام نوآوری بخشی در این حوزه را جستجو مینماید. در پژوهش حاضر پس از مرور ادبیات نوآوری، ضمن استخراج عوامل کلیدی موفقیت در نوآوری، عوامل کلیدی موفقیت مرتبط با صنعت پهپاد نیز از طریق مصاحبه با فعالان حاضر در پروژههای این صنعت شناسایی گردیدند. در ادامه با توزیع پرسشنامه در میان نخبگان و فعالان صنعت، میزان اهمیت و اولویتبندی این عوامل احصاء گردید و بـا استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییـدی ارتبـاط عوامـل و شاخصها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافتههای پژوهش نشان مـیدهـد کـه در میان عوامل کلیدی موفقیت، برقراری سازوکار همکاری و شبکهسازی و ایجاد شبکههای ارتباطی بین بنگاههای تولیدی-تحقیقاتی، تامینکنندگان و کاربران (مشتریان) برای نوآوری، تعریف شفاف (و کامل) پروژهها و طرح دقیق نیازمندی موجود از سوی کاربران و حمایت و هدایت صحیح مالی دولت، در اولویت قرار دارند.

گونه شناسی فرآیندهای موفق نوآوری دفاعی پس از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی ایران
پس از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی، بسیاری از متخصصان خارجی از صنایع دفاعی ایران خارج شدند و با شروع جنگ تحمیلی و اعمال تحریمها علیه کشور، جریان ضعیف نوآوریهای دفاعی نیز دچار وقفه شد. پس از آن، تلاشهای وسیعی با رویکرد خوداتکایی در صنایع دفاعی آغاز شد که الگوی غالب آنها، تکیه بر توان داخلی، استفاده از فرصتهای محدود همکاریهای فناورانه و سعی و خطا بود. از آنجاکه تاکنون، گونهشناسی فرآیندهای تکاملی نوآوری شکلگرفته در این سالها، انجام نشده است، این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی این فرآیندها انجام شد. به این منظور، 15 پروژه دفاعی که با شاخصهای موفقیت نوآوری همخوانی داشتند، با انجام دهها ساعت مصاحبه عمیق اکتشافی با خبرگان مطرح دفاعی و متخصصان اجرایی این پروژهها و استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای مصاحبهها مورد بررسی و مطالعه عمیق قرار گرفتند و مفاهیم و مولفهها و در نهایت مدلهای فرآیند نوآوری در آنها استخراج گردیدند. روایی پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد سهجبههای مورد تایید قرار گرفت. در نهایت، 4 مسیر مختلف نوآوری دفاعی بر اساس دستهبندی محصولات کلیدی بخش دفاعی استخراج شد. نتایج نشان داد که تمام این مسیرها از نیاز عملیاتی، شروع شده و در تمامی آنها، مرحله تشکیل تیم و نهاد تحقیقاتی سپری شدهاند. تمامی این مسیرها، منجر به شکلگیری یک نهاد صنعتی و تولیدی شده و بهبود مشخصات عملکردی محصول و توسعه نوآوری نیز در آنها اتفاق افتاده است.
